2. Transition compartment

2.4. Vacuum degree: ≤-0.1MPa (large transition chamber requires vacuum belt display), vacuum pressure gauge is German Wika.

3. Control System

3.1. Mode: including self-diagnosis, power-off self-start characteristics, with pressure control and adaptive functions. Automatic control, cycle control, password protection, vacuum chamber control using LCD display. The control unit adopts German SIEMENS PLC touch screen, and the operation menu is optional: Chinese/English.

3.2. Pressure control: control the pressure of the box and the transition cabin at a certain set value.

3.3. Foot pedal: can control the pressure of the glove box, easy to operate.

4. Circulating purification system

4.1. Purification capacity: water, oxygen <1ppm.

4.2. regulating device: through PLC touch adjustment (heating, evacuation, purification, regeneration) the whole process without human monitoring.

4.3. Working gas: N2 or Ar (gas circulation).

4.5. Circulating fan: Germany Elektror imported high-speed variable frequency fan, flow 0-80m3/h, microprocessor control, pressure tested stainless steel device.

4.6. Single purification column: BASF deaerating material in Germany and UOP high-efficiency water absorbing material in the United States, including 5kg deaerating material, 60l deaerating material, 5kg deaerating material and 2kg deaerating material.

5, regeneration system

is used to purify the system for reuse and activation; regeneration requires a mixture of N2/H2 or Ar/H2, of which H2 accounts for 5-10%.

6. Display system

control unit adopts German SIEMENS PLC touch screen, operation menu: Chinese/English.

7. Vacuum System

automatic pneumatic control plating plate; the vacuum pump adopts British Edwards RV12 vacuum pump. The transition cabin can be vacuumed separately and can be controlled separately at any time. (Optional)
