During the operation of the large-scale belt cast coating machine, the width of the film can be controlled according to the width of the film-making scraper. The baffle in the middle of the scraper can move left and right. When the baffle completely overlaps with one side of the scraper, the film-making width reaches the limit. With the micron-level adjustable film-making device, the length of the prepared film can reach 800mm. It is equipped with a unique automatic propulsion device, which can prepare a smooth coating on any material within the range of 250mm in width and 800mm in length. It is an ideal tool for low-cost research and development and production of 18650 lithium battery electrode materials.
