The high temperature vacuum pump with a built-in fan and a large area of heat dissipation of the air-cooled design, greatly reducing the surface temperature rise of the pump; the use of high temperature resistant sealing ring and imported high temperature resistant pump oil, more suitable for the vacuum tube furnace high temperature environment. Imported original oil seals are used to ensure reliable sealing during long-term operation of the whole machine. The pump body adopts integrated design, with few parts, good repeatability, compact appearance, easy maintenance and repair. In addition, there is a built-in gear pump and constant pressure oil supply mechanism to force oil supply, even under high suction pressure can be stable and reliable operation. The automatic anti-return valve design effectively protects your vacuum system from the pollution of pump oil after shutdown. The product is also designed with two gas towns to meet the needs of different processes for steam discharge.
